How to Make It
- Combine ground beef, baby food, flax meal, and onions; mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Shape loosely into four ½"-thick patties. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook patties immediately after mixing meat mixture for best results. Heat large skillet about 2 minutes over medium heat until hot. Cook patties 10–12 minutes to desired doneness, turning once.
- Serve burgers on whole-wheat buns with romaine or spinach lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and condiments if desired.
