How to Make It
- Clean the shrimp and devein them, if necessary
- Heat the oil in an earthenware cazuela or a small frying pan. Add the shrimp, garlic, and chiles, sprinkle with a little salt, and cook for 1–2 minutes, until the shrimp change color and become opaque.
- Serve immediately with toothpicks or wooden forks and plenty of soft-crumbed bread for soaking up the juices.
