How to Make It
- Marinate the chicken with balsamic vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. Chop the mangoes, onion, cabbage and bell pepper. To this, add some salt and pepper and the orange juice.
- Mix well and store in fridge until you are ready to use it. Heat a pan with the ghee. Once hot, add the chicken, leaving it to cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
- You can baste the chicken with the marinade. Serve the chicken with the cold salsa.
