Ingredients
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cucumber, finely diced
- 1 can (19 oz/540 ml) lima beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup (125 ml) pitted black Kalamata olives
- ½ cup (125 ml) red grapes, halved
- 1 cup (250 ml) cubed feta cheese
- ¼ cup (60 ml) chopped walnuts
- 3 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
For the vinaigrette
How to Make It
- In a salad bowl, mix all ingredients for salad.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together ingredients for vinaigrette.
- Pour vinaigrette on salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
