- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare two big sheets of foil to wrap and bake the fish.
- Place the asparagus spears in the center of the foil. Top with the salmon fillets.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, add the garlic slices and drizzle with canola oil.
- Place 2 lemon slices and the onion slices over the salmon and fold the foil over to make a packet.
- Bake the fish in the oven for 18–20 minutes.
- Carefully transfer the salmon and asparagus to serving plates, garnish with the remaining lemon slices and chopped dill. Enjoy!
