Ingredients
- 1 recipe Key Lime Curd (made with coconut oil for dairy-free)
- 2 cups heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener, to taste
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest, for garnish (optional)

How to Make It
- Place the curd and cream in a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and add sweetener to your liking.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn, following the manufacturer’s instructions, until set. Garnish with lime zest, if desired, and serve immediately, or transfer to a container and freeze for up to 1 month.
