    Quick & Easy Ketogenic Cooking Meal Plans and Time Saving Paleo Recipes

    Ingredients

    • 1 recipe Key Lime Curd (made with coconut oil for dairy-free)
    • 2 cups heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
    • Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener, to taste
    • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest, for garnish (optional)
    Special Equipment
    • Ice cream maker
    How to Make It
    1. Place the curd and cream in a blender and puree until smooth. Taste and add sweetener to your liking.
    2. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn, following the manufacturer’s instructions, until set. Garnish with lime zest, if desired, and serve immediately, or transfer to a container and freeze for up to 1 month.
