Mostarda is traditionally made with candied fruit and mustard, but my Keto Lemon Mostarda is free of sugar! It tastes great with seafood sausage.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon coconut vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ cup MCT oil
- Fine sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ cup Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener
How to Make It
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, and garlic.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the oil until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add sweetener, if desired.
- Store in a covered jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
