My boys adore these gummy bears, so we make them often. I like to play around with different flavorings; our newest favorite is a touch of tropical fruit–flavored stevia glycerite. Ingredients
- 1 bag fruit tea, such as blueberry, cherry, or strawberry
- ½ cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed powdered gelatin
- ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener
- 1 teaspoon fruit-flavored extract (same flavor as tea)
- ¼ teaspoon Now Foods brand Better Stevia Liquid Sweetener in Tropical Fruit or other flavor

How to Make It
- Steep the tea in the boiling water until very strong. Remove the tea bag, sift the gelatin into the hot tea, and stir until dissolved.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, sweetener, extract, flavored stevia, and tea and gelatin mixture. Stir well to combine evenly.
- our into a 50-cavity gummy bear mold and place in the fridge until set, about 2 hours. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. Thaw before consuming.
