Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) assorted fruit (red grapes, blueberries, strawberries, melons, pineapple), cut in cubes
- 1 cup (250 ml) chocolate chips (70% cacao)
- ¼ cup (60 ml) date purée or ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
How to Make It
- Arrange fruit on serving platter.
- In a fondue pot on very low heat, melt chocolate. Add date purée and mix well.
- Spear fruit with fondue forks and dip in chocolate.
