Ingredients
- 1 large watermelon, seeded
- 1 honeydew melon, cubed
- 1 cup (250 ml) red grapes, halved
- 25 strawberries, quartered
- 3 kiwis, peeled and cubed
- 1 pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup (250 ml) blueberries
- 1 cup (250 ml) raspberries
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
How to Make It
- Carve watermelon into basket with handle.
- Remove flesh and cut in cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine fruit with mint. Transfer to melon basket.
