How to Make It
- In a pan, add some bacon fat and lightly fry the salami and bacon. Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees F. Once it is pre-heated, reduce the temperature to 170 degrees F.
- Whisk the eggs. Grease your muffin mould/tray with remaining bacon fat. In your cupcake/muffin mould/tray, add whisked eggs, the fried bacon and salami along with salt and pepper.
- To make this more interesting, add a dash of hot sauce to each muffin before baking. Place in the middle shelf of your oven and bake for 20 minutes until the mixture firms up at the top.
