Ingredients
- 1 (6-inch) cucumber, cut into 16 ¼-inch-thick slices
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 slices salami, quartered
- 4 ounces feta cheese, cut into 16 small cubes
- 8 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 16 pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons Greek Salad Dressing
How to Make It
- Set the cucumber slices on a large serving platter and season with the salt and pepper. Place a salami quarter on top of the cucumber, then top with a small cube of feta, a tomato half, and an olive. Insert a toothpick through the stack to secure.
- Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
