    Ketogenic Cookbook - Nutritious Low-Carb

    Ingredients

    • 1 (6-inch) cucumber, cut into 16 ¼-inch-thick slices
    • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
    • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    • 4 slices salami, quartered
    • 4 ounces feta cheese, cut into 16 small cubes
    • 8 grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 16 pitted Kalamata olives
    • 2 tablespoons Greek Salad Dressing
    How to Make It
    1. Set the cucumber slices on a large serving platter and season with the salt and pepper. Place a salami quarter on top of the cucumber, then top with a small cube of feta, a tomato half, and an olive. Insert a toothpick through the stack to secure.
    2. Drizzle with the dressing and serve.
