- 1 (12-ounce) package fully cooked pork belly
- 1 tablespoon Paleo fat, such as coconut oil
How to Make It
- Cut the pork belly into ¼-inch dice. Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Place the diced pork belly in the pan. Fry on all sides until crisp, about 8 minutes, stirring often. Remove from the skillet and serve on greens with keto dressing.
- These croutons are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place in 400°F oven or toaster oven for 3 minutes.
