Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk, store-bought or homemade (or unsweetened vanilla-flavored hemp milk for nut-free)
- 4 ounces (½ cup) cream cheese (or ½ cup coconut cream for dairy-free)
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener, or to desired sweetness
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
Healthy add-ins (optional)
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera
- 1 tablespoon l-glutamine powder
- 1 tablespoon grass-fed powdered gelatin (omit for vegetarian)
How to Make It
