How to Make It
- Cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the melted butter and brown on all sides.
- Add the cream, vinegar, and garlic to the chicken. Bring the cream sauce to a slow simmer. Simmer the chicken in the cream sauce until the chicken is cooked through and the cream sauce has thickened, about 15 to 20 minutes. Finish the sauce by stirring in the chopped parsley.
- Divide the chicken and sauce into four equal servings and serve with 44 grams or ⅓ cup steamed fresh green beans.
