How to Make It
- Cook the spinach according to package directions. Drain the spinach very well, squeezing out as much water as possible.
- In a pot, combine the drained spinach and all the remaining ingredients. Stir until the cheese and butter are completely melted. All the ingredients should be evenly combined. Season the spinach with salt and pepper. Add a tiny pinch of freshly grated nutmeg if desired. Serve immediately.
