Ingredients
- 1 pound white mushrooms (about 24 mushrooms), stems removed
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) lump crab meat, drained
- ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 0.33 cup finely chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place mushrooms, tops sides down, on baking sheet.
- Combine crabmeat, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in medium bowl; gently mix. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps, flattening slightly, if necessary. Top evenly with bread crumbs.
- Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
