Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- ½ cup coconut-flavored yogurt
- 1 cup chilled coconut water
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the coconut flakes on a baking tray and toast for 4½ minutes, or until golden brown.
- Place the flakes in the blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy. Serve in chilled glasses with a straw.
