Coffee and coconut combined makes a surprisingly great treat.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup shredded coconut
- 1 Teaspoon coffee
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.33 cup macadamia nuts (or nuts of your preference)
How to Make It
- In a bowl, add in the shredded coconut. Add in the coffee, salt and mix it all well to combine.
- Next add the vanilla extract. Make sure the mixture is firm. You can refrigerate it for 5 minutes to make it firm.
- Place the chopped macadamia nuts in a bowl or plate. Make little balls and roll it into macadamia nuts.
