Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets, about 4 ounces each
- ¼ cup lime or lemon juice (do not use both)
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons coconut oil for cooking
- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt to taste
- Coarsely ground pepper
How to Make It
- Mix the coconut oil, green onions, lime/lemon juice, dill, garlic powder and water in a baking dish. Add the fish fillets and toss with your hands to coat. Season with salt.
- Cover with foil and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 350°F, remove the fish from the fridge and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, covered, until the fillets are cooked through.
- Place the fillets on a serving plate, season with ground pepper and serve. Garnish with dill, if desired.
