How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Brush chicken with mustard and season to taste.
- In a large ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium high heat and brown chicken for 5 minutes or until sides are golden. Remove chicken from skillet.
- In same skillet, add white wine, garlic, thyme and rosemary, stirring constantly. Return chicken to skillet.
- Cover and cook in preheated oven for 1 hour. Add water, if needed.
- Garnish with parsley prior to serving.
