How to Make It
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the erythritol, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger powder, cloves, vanilla bean seeds, and salt until well mixed. Divide the mixture into small jars.
- Cover and place in a cool, dry place. Keeps for up to 6 months.
