Ingredients
- 1 cup strongly brewed chai tea
- 1 tablespoon grass-fed powdered gelatin
- 2 cups coconut cream or canned, full-fat coconut milk (or heavy cream if not dairy-sensitive)
- 1 vanilla bean (about 6 inches long), split lengthwise and seeds scraped, or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.33 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ΒΌ teaspoon fine sea salt
How to Make It
- Place the brewed chai tea in a large heat-safe bowl. Sift in the gelatin while whisking so no clumps form. Once the gelatin is dissolved, add the coconut cream and vanilla bean seeds and stir to mix.
- Add the erythritol, stevia, cinnamon, and salt. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into cute cups for serving. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
