How to Make It
- Preheat a grill or broiler to high heat.
- Place the brats in a pot of boiling water and boil for 8 minutes. Place the boiled brats on the grill or on a rimmed baking sheet and grill or broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the outsides are charred to your liking.
- While the brats are boiling, make the coleslaw: Place the cabbage in a serving bowl and add the ranch dressing; toss to coat.
- Place the cooked brats on a plate. Serve with the coleslaw and mustard.
