    How to Make Berries in Red Wine with Spices

    Superfoods Anti-aging

    Ingredients

    • 1½ cups (375 ml) red wine
    • ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
    • 2 cloves (optional)
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 1 orange juice
    • 1 lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 2 cups (500 ml) strawberries, halved
    • 1 cup (250 ml) raspberries
    • 1 cup (250 ml) blueberries
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh peppermint
    How to Make It
    1. In a large bowl, combine red wine, maple syrup, cloves, if using, cinnamon, orange juice, lemon juice and water. Add berries and mint.
    2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    3. Serve in martini glasses.
