Ingredients
- 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
- ¾ cup mayonnaise, homemade or store-bought (or Egg-Free Keto Mayo, see here , for egg-free)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed to a paste
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
How to Make It
- Place the basil in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
- Add the mayo, garlic, and salt and pulse until well combined. Place in a jar, cover, and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
