Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 1 oz (25 g) frozen raspberries
- 2 heaped tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup cow’s, almond, or oat milk
For the Topping
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 5 blackberries, halved
- 10 blueberries
- 1 tbsp sugar-free muesli
- 4 shelled pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
For a Gluten-free Option

How to Make It
- Remove the banana from the freezer and leave for about 20 minutes, or until the banana is just beginning to soften to the touch but the center is still frozen. Transfer to a blender with the raspberries and yogurt, then purée until smooth, adding enough milk to get a thick, creamy consistency.
