The addition of Parmesan and rosemary transforms a simple wrap into a gourmet snack in mere minutes. Parmesan is aged for an average of two years.
Ingredients
- 4 large wraps
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp rosemary leaves, finely chopped
- ¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- freshly ground black pepper
- hummus or baba ghanoush, to serve
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay the wraps on a work surface and brush all over on both sides with the olive oil.
- Scatter them with the rosemary and Parmesan and season well with pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake them at the top of the oven for 5–7 minutes until golden brown, puffed up, and crispy. Watch them carefully for the last minute, since they burn easily.
- Remove them from the oven, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. When they are cool, break them into jagged, irregular pieces and serve with hummus or baba ghanoush.
