Ingredients
- 6 pickle spears, store-bought or homemade
- 6 slices bacon
- Green Goddess Dressing, for serving
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 425°F. Set a wire rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet.
- Tightly wrap each pickle spear with a slice of bacon.
- Place the wrapped pickles on the wire rack (inside the rimmed baking sheet). Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until the bacon is cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the oven and place on paper towels to drain.
- Serve hot with Green Goddess Dressing.
