Ingredients
- 1 onion
- ½ bunch green or white asparagus
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 beef pieces
- 1 Tablespoon ginger
- Parsley
- Coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Finely chop the onion, red peppers, asparagus, and ginger. Stir-fry the vegetables one by one and set aside.
- In a wok, add in some coconut oil to stir-fry the beef strips and cook over high heat.
- To this add in the garlic and onion. Next add in the asparagus and bell peppers and stir fry for another few minutes.
- Finally season it with the ginger, salt and pepper. Garnish it with parsley.
