Ingredients
- 8 frankfurters
- 1 large onion sliced thin
- Handful of grated cheese mozzarella is great as it melts quick and is tasty
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 8 Wraps
How to Make It
- Trim the edges of the wraps to make a straight edge.
- Sprinkle some cheese over each wrap. Lay a frankfurter at the bottom edge of the wrap and some of the onion.
- Roll up tight and lay with the end flap facing down. Heat oil in a large fry pan on a medium heat and heat each wrap until crispy.
