Chocoholics won’t be able to get enough of this slow cooker dessert favorite because it’s oozing with layers of chocolate in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 (20-ounce) package brownie mix
- Vegetable oil and eggs as called for on the brownie mix box
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup hot water
- Hot fudge, for topping
- Mint candies, for topping
How to Make It
- Spray the insert of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
- Pour the prepared brownie batter into the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate syrup and hot water. Pour over the batter.
- Cover and cook on High for 2½ to 3 hours, until the edges are just beginning to set but not burn.
- Turn off the slow cooker and remove the lid. Let stand for 30 minutes to allow the middle to set up.
- Serve with hot fudge and top with mint candies.
