Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese (½ cup), softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise, homemade or store-bought
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 0.12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
- Fine sea salt and ground black pepper
How to Make It
- Place the cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, and pimientos in a large bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place in the fridge to firm up a bit before serving. Store extras in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
