Ingredients
- 1 frozen medium banana, chopped
- 1 small handful baby spinach leaves
- 200 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- ½ cup (125 ml) semi-skimmed milk
- ¼ medium mango, peeled and sliced
Toppings
- 30 g natural muesli
- ¼ medium mango, peeled and sliced
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
How to Make It
- Place the banana, spinach, yoghurt, milk and mango in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour into a serving bowl and top with the muesli, mango and chia seeds.
