Ingredients
- 120 g green chilli peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp lime juice
How to Make It
- Coat the chillies with ½ tablespoon olive oil and grill over direct heat for 5 minutes, turning them over from time to time. Then cook them over indirect heat for 8–10 minutes until soft. Remove any blackened parts, although you can use the parts that have turned dark golden.
- Remove the stems, combine them with the other ingredients and 40 ml water in a blender and process until smooth.
