Mushrooms are a great vegetable that can be transformed into an appetizer or main dish. There are many different things you can do with mushrooms, they are full of protein and other essential nutrients.
Ingredients
- 4 portobello caps
- 1 small zucchini
- ⅓ cup feta
How to Make It
- The first step is to preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Now drizzle some oil onto the Portobello and place it in a baking dish.
- Then you will shred the zucchini into a small bowl and combine with the feta. Once this is combined use a tablespoon to place portions of the mixture into the caps. Bake for 15 minutes.
