Ingredients
- 1 diced radish
- ½ lb goat cheese
- 4 tbsp sundried tomatoes
- ½ cup spinach
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
How to Make It
- Set oil in a cooking pan. Add in goat cheese and broil the mixture until it turns golden brown.
- Serve alongside the salad mixture of radish, tomatoes, and a drizzle of vinegar.
