Mix up a batch of this salty-sweet snack for guests to munch on…they’ll love it!
Ingredients
- 2 cup bite-size crispy corn cereal squares
- 2 cup mini pretzels
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup caramels, unwrapped and coarsely chopped
- 11 oz pkg butterscotch chips
How to Make It
- Combine cereal, pretzels, peanuts and caramels in a large bowl. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave butterscotch chips on medium power for one minute; stir. Microwave an additional 15 seconds and stir; repeat until melted and smooth.
- Pour over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly. Spread mixture into a 13"x 9" baking pan coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Let stand 20 minutes, or until firm. Break into small pieces. Store in a loosely covered container.
