Ingredients
- 5 free-range eggs
- 4½ oz (125 g) mixed raw nuts (any combination is perfect)
- 5½ oz (150 g) flax meal
- 4 oz (120 g) pumpkin seeds
- 4 oz (120 g) sunflower seeds
- 2 oz (60 g) sesame seeds
- 2¾ oz (75 g) raisins
- 2 oz (60 g) tahini
- 2¾ fl oz (80 ml) melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC/Gas Mark 4 and line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
- Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using a spatula, mix together until the eggs have broken and the ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer to the loaf tin and bake for 1 hour. Remove the loaf and leave to cool.
