Ingredients
- 1 portion New York cheesecake
- 4 oz (100 g) extra digestive biscuits, crushed
- 2 oz (50 g) extra butter
- 5 oz (150 g) fresh or frozen mixed berries
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/gas 4)
- Make the biscuit base according to the basic recipe, but add extra biscuits and butter and press the biscuit mixture up the sides of the tin. Make the cheesecake mixture according to the basic recipe.
- Layer the mixture and berries over the biscuit base, finishing with berries on the top.
- Bake the cheesecake in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes, according to the basic recipe.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cake to stand for another 30 minutes.
