How to Make It
- Divide the figs and sage between two tumblers. Muddle with a muddler or pestle, then add the boiling water. Leave to cool.
- Place the tea leaves in a teapot, add the heated water, and infuse for 2 minutes. Then strain into the tumblers and stir to mix with the fig and sage. Leave to cool. Stir and add the ice cubes before serving.
