Ingredients
- 2 pounds Lamb stew meat
- 1 small chopped Tomato
- ¼ cup green beans
- ¼ cup green peas
- ¼ carrot, sliced
- 1 small Onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoons Salt
- 1 each Garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ tsp Thyme leaves
- 1 each Bay leaves
- 2 cups chicken broth
How to Make It
- Place vegetables and lamb in Instant Pot dish. Mix salt, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf into broth and pour over lamb and vegetables. Make sure that lid is locked, press “Stew/Meat” button (35 minutes on high pressure).
- Rest for 10 minutes after completion or let it sit on "Warm" for 20 minutes and pressure will be released naturally. Serve over brown rice..
