A semi-sweet chocolate bar with delicious goodies on top.
Ingredients
- 12 Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Brownie cookies or Snickerdoodle cookies
- 1 cup (150 g) Enjoy Life Not Nuts! Beach Bash or Mountain Mambo trail mix
- 1 cup (175 g) Enjoy Life semi-sweet chocolate chips
How to Make It
- Place all the cookies in a large resealable plastic bag and, with your hands or a rolling pin, crumble cookies into bite-size pieces. Place cookie crumbles in a large bowl. Add the trail mix and stir together.
- In a microwave-proof bowl, heat chocolate chips at 30-second intervals, stirring at each interval, until melted. Stir until smooth.
- Line and grease a 9-inch (23-cm) baking pan with aluminum foil or nonstick parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate into the pan. Spread evenly to cover the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle cookie mixture over the melted chocolate. Press down gently. Place in the refrigerator to cool for about 30 minutes.
- Gently pull the foil or parchment paper ends up and remove chocolate block to a flat surface. Chop with a sharp knife into uneven pieces.
