Ingredients
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- ¼ cup MCT oil or extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon finely chopped garlic, or 4 cloves roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped cornichons
- 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
How to Make It
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces. Using a fork, gently mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
