Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 ounces cream cheese (about ΒΌ cup), softened
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons powdered erythritol or 1 drop of stevia glycerite
- 1 teaspoon toffee extract
- Pinch of fine sea salt
How to Make It
- Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl or blender and combine until very smooth. Taste and adjust to the desired sweetness.
- Pour into ice pop molds. Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
