Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups baby mozzarella cheese balls
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- -1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Optional
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper (these can add a nice crunch to the skewers)
How to Make It
- Wash the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and basil.
- Chop the pepper in small squares.
- Combine the olive oil with the oregano and rub the mozzarella balls with this mixture.
- Carefully assemble the ingredients on skewers in the following order: tomatoes, mozzarella, bell pepper and basil leaves.
