Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 tablespoon untoasted, cold-pressed sesame oil
- 6 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos or wheat-free tamari
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions, for garnish
How to Make It
- Place the pork and oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook, crumbling the meat with a wooden spoon, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. (Do not drain the drippings from the pan.)
- Add the cabbage, garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, and fish sauce, if using, to the skillet. Sauté until the cabbage is soft, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Divide among six plates or bowls and serve garnished with the green onions.
