Ingredients
- 1 ounce pork rinds, finely ground
- ¼ cup blanched finely ground almond flour
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 pound cod fillet, cut into ¾" strips
How to Make It
- Place ground pork rinds, almond flour, Old Bay seasoning, and coconut oil into a large bowl and mix together. In a medium bowl, whisk egg.
- Dip each fish stick into the egg and then gently press into the flour mixture, coating as fully and evenly as possible. Place fish sticks into the air fryer basket.
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 10 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
