How to Make It
- Add the green beans to a pot of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes, until crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and mustard. Cook for another 3–4 minutes.
- Drain the green beans and add to the mustard mixture.
- Add the lime juice and stir well to combine.
- Serve immediately. The mustard flavor pairs well with a red meat dish.
