Grilling is the best way to cook fish, but baking comes in a close second. It takes less time and only a few utensils are used. This citrusy fish is fresh, fast, and delicious. Serve topped with lots of fresh herbs, it makes for a delightful light lunch when it’s hot outside.
Ingredients
- 2 sliced lemons
- 3 sliced limes
- 6 oz fish fillet
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In an 8-by-12-inch baking dish, layer half of the sliced lemons and limes to cover the bottom of the pan. Appy a topping of fish fillets, and add pepper and salt for seasoning.
- Layer the remaining lemon and lime slices on top, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and serve with a topping of dill and parsley.
